The sound of a green mini bus hurtling through the winding hills of Hong Kong. The feeling of my stomach wanting to hurl its contents onto my unknowing fellow citizens.

The crash of a pathetic little wave onto the pebbly Brighton beach. The musings about why this beach is pebbly. The sound of the pebble hitting the water. The sound of the pebble sinking. Which I can’t hear because I don’t live underwater.
